You can apply for an R-N class learner’s permit at 15 years and 6 months of age (with parent’s permission).
Scooter lessons are on your scooter :

• $90 hr. ( when you come to the meeting location )
• If I come to your place it will be for a minimum of  90min.Training 
• $135 for 90min.
• Scooter NOT Provided
